Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is most important to us here at High Wings Academy popularly known as “ HWA“ having classroom based courses and online courses.
Refund policy for classroom and online based courses:
NO fee refunds are permitted if the refund request is received after the course is 10% completed.
NO fee refunds are permitted if the student has taken any discount / concession / discount offer at the time of admission.
A 25% of net fee (Net Fee = Total Fee – GST) refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before the course is 10% completed.
Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
